A new version of OpenEclair has been release for public consumption. I don't have any real details about the contents of the new release. I'm guessing it was a late night release and no one has updated the forum thread yet. The first goal of this team is to create the best Eclair ROM available. The outcome was OpenEclair and the OpenAndroidTeam and it hasn't stopped since. DELL: Android-Based Mini 3 Smartphone Coming to the United States with AT&T

Thursday, January 7th, 2010So the Motorola Motus gets officially christened as the Backflip. Motorola has named it Backflip due to its ability to reverse flip to use phone in different ways. The phone runs Android 1.5 (upgradable to Android 2.x) and boasts Motorola’s acclaimed MotoBlur UI. Backflip comes with a 3.1-inch HVGA touchscreen but you can reverse-flip to show QWERTY keyboards and Backtrack, a touch panel at the back for easier scrolling.
