Full 360 Deg autorotation coming to SuperD!

Remember that spiffy mod that was presented to the Nexus one giving you the ability to rotate your phone any direction? Well now Benbuchacher has it working on the G1 enabling you to tweet backwards. You can look forward to seeing this in the next version of SuperD. Stay tuned and we'll try to find out more and see when we can get our hands n a preview. BenBuchacher of SuperD now has a Super Site

It seems to be a trend lately that developers are starting to create their own web sites.  BenBuchacher of SuperD fame has joined the ranks of self publication amd created a SuperD / SuperE web site.  Nicely designed and easy to read, you can find the latest info and his own blog. Super D updated with ‘crack’

Benbuchacher has updated his Super D ROM to include some crack-like speed. Now at version 1.9.2 and titled 'Donut on Crack,' I am not sure what would come next... Nuke from Robocop 2 era Detroit? OpenEclair Updated to v1.1.5

The OpenAndroidTeam has released an update to the OpenEclair ROM and it even includes the Multi-Touch Google Maps from the Nexus one. v1.1.5 includes: OpenEclair v1.1.5 - No Wipe - Kernel: CPU Frequency modifications by Eugene - Kernel: Overclocked to 580MHz by default. - Kernel: Bug fixes from Nexus One MSM Kernel - Compcache: Upgraded to v0.6.2 - Added MT Maps from Nexus One update - Dalvik Changes (JIT is extremely unstable, switched to donut dalvik for now) - Firstboot script changes - Issues w/ disappearing icons should be gone. - first boot will take very long time Download The Latest Version Here We also created a specific OpenEclair Beta Only thread on AndroidSPIN.

OpenAndroidTeam Releases OpenEclair Beta v1.1.4 and more..

It's only been a couple of weeks since Chris Soyar's decided it was time to try and get the community together and work on a community ROM.  The first goal of this team is to create the best Eclair ROM available.  The outcome was OpenEclair and the OpenAndroidTeam and it hasn't stopped since. OpenEclair Version 1.1.1 STABLE has been released

OpenEclair Version 1.1.1 STABLE has been released.  Many people have been reporting FC's, problems with the Android Market and keyboard issues, as well as problems with the live wallpapers.  Too many bugs had been reported so the team has reverted back the JIT.  It also appears that they have removed all the wallpapers except 1. Super D “Fried Donut”, Release 1.8

Benbuchacher has released a new update to his "Super D" ROM now at version 1.8. Some of the features are highlighted below. This is by far one of the fastest ROMs I have seen, and each update it gets better and better. It is very smooth, and as I have been running it for some time now, have not had any issues. OpenEclair Version 1.1 release candidate 1 is out and about and ready for download.  The release candidate currently does not have a working camera but that should be fixed real soon. OpenEclair: The Community Driven Eclair ROM for Everyone!

Benbuchacher Super “E” ROM moves up to Eclair – Now released.

Benbuchacher has started down the Eclair route with his new Super "E" ROM version 1.0.  His change log doesn't say much, but expect great things from this release. Benbuchacher Super “D” version 1.6.6 Experimental Released

benbuchacher (htcclay) Super “D” Version 1.5.1 Stable Released

htcclay has passed future development of Super "D" to his team mate benbuchacher.  As one of the main developers anyway, the ROM will continue as before but all future releases wil be done under benbuchacher name.
