I will be starting a daily/weekly post about ways to customize your phone. Todays Topic: Bezier Live Wallpaper Depending on whether you have a Nexus One or Rooted phone running Eclair, this may apply to your phone. I am going to show you a live wallpaper that you can download free off the market. Bezier Live Wallpaper Video of it in action This is a slow moving bar that you can customize in many ways: Number of lines How far they spread Thickness and length Colors Background Color Rating: 3.5/10 (Kinda slow and boring) A suggestion to get live wallpapers in OpenEclair ROM for rooted devices.

Sunday, January 31st, 2010Another week has gone by, and much information came our way since last time. So without further delay, here it is: Hardware News The tumor-looking Motorola Motoroi is coming to T-mobile. Sounds like T-mobile is ditching the Sidekick for the MyTouch (and this could be it – MyTouch 3g ‘Slide’). Cara gathered some more information on the Nexus One Dock (the word is its pretty sweet)... and it’s available now. Renders of a Motorola MOTOSPLIT started popping up. In more promising Motorola news, a new phone passed through the FCC with T-Mobile bands, giving more hints at the Motoroi. An official fix ...

Trimble Outdoors v4.0.4 Review
Sunday, January 31st, 2010
Application Review By Eddie Koulak You like outdoors? Maybe mountain biking, hiking, or exploring a trail in the woods? I love the outdoors and if I don’t know my way around a new trail I need a GPS to guide me. I also love to snap photos and shoot occasional videos for memory’s sake. I also need a phone “just in case”. When the hike is a long one you probably want to pack light, but to do all of the above the traditional way you need a lot of gadgets. The problem is that’s just too many fragile things to ...

Just that HTC plans on sending the Bravo to T-mobile at a possible $199.00 price with a 2-year contract. The Bravo will be running Sense UI which was seen on Hero. It's packing a 1GHZ Snapdragon processor with a 3.7" AMOLED Touch screen display. It's also rumored to come with a FM radio tuner. App review: SMSAwake v1.1.0 by Andrew Schwimmer
Saturday, January 30th, 2010SMSAwake is a 4 star Android application by Andrew Schwimmer. He is also responsible for other quality apps like SaveMMS and HideNSeek ( you know you all have that one ;) ). SMSAwake is not a program that you run. Meaning you just download and install it and it does it's thing. That thing being, when you receive an SMS message, the app will cause your phone's screen to light up for 5 seconds. This app can be very handy if you are running your phone in silent mode, you have trouble hearing your notifications or when your phone is ...

Should Android Worry About iPad? Doubt It.
Friday, January 29th, 2010
If you've been living in a cave for the past few days, you wouldn't have heard about Apple's new gadget the iPad. The iPad is an Apple tablet that's a basically an enlarged iTouch with a not-so-appealing name. It's packing a 9.7" Touchscreen, weighs in at 1.5lbs and it's powered by their new 1ghz A4 processing chip. It has all the functionality of an iphone, of course without the phone part. Apple is also throwing in a new book store, which is bringing in features seen on the Kindle and Nook into play. Many have been speculating that it might even hurt ...
